Digital products

Upon purchasing a digital product, the customer will be given access to the product materials immediately through a download delivered in his/her email. Clients will have lifetime access to the materials so long the product(s) is/are available.

Merchandise orders are processed on weekdays during business hours.

Physical products:

All orders are processed on weekdays during business hours. Most orders ship out within 5-7 business days after processing, not including weekends or holidays, unless otherwise noted.

What if I received confirmation that my order has shipped, I’ve checked the tracking number status on the carrier’s website, but my package has not arrived yet?

We Know things happen but unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All customers receive tracking and carrier information which can be used to track your package or to contact the carrier directly to file a claim for a lost or stolen package. Customers are responsible for filing a lost or stolen claim with the carrier. D&K is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not file any claims on behalf of the customer.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we do not ship internationally.

What if I need to change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order ?

Please contact dannathomas822@yahoo.com within 12 hours of your purchase and allow 48 hours for a response. D&K Tees and Tumblers LLC will not honor any change requests made after 12 hours or product has shipped
